Job Responsibilities

As a Clinic Coordinator, you are involved in operational planning and work organization. You will participate in change and quality improvement projects, both clinical and administrative. You share responsibility for personnel issues, administration, and documentation, assist in deviation management, are responsible for ordering goods and materials, and handle invoices.

The Clinic Coordinator is part of a leadership team together with the Clinic Manager and is responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted according to given guidelines. The scope of tasks may vary; you will work both administratively and clinically.

About the Workplace

Folktandvården Herrgärdet is centrally located and is a pleasant clinic with 10 treatment rooms. Currently, 10 dentists, 4 dental hygienists, and 13 dental nurses work here.

We are looking for you who have dental education and who find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships. You have good computer skills and very good administrative abilities. Quality and efficiency permeate your work. You work with a high level of ambition and value understanding, respect, and consideration. Furthermore, it is our hope that you, like us, enjoy constantly developing yourself and others.

Since you communicate with patients, relatives, colleagues, and in some cases authorities in your work, it is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Employment Terms

The position of Clinic Coordinator involves a three-year appointment with the possibility of extension. A permanent employment based on your dental education forms the basis for the employment with placement at the clinic. The position is full-time. Start date as agreed.
