WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to make a real difference in people's daily lives? We are now looking for dedicated care assistants who want to contribute to creating security and quality of life for our users in their own homes.

At Kristdala Home Care, you will work in the picturesque Kristdala, located in Oskarshamn Municipality on the beautiful Småland coast. Are you our new colleague?

As a care assistant with us, you work closely with our users and are an important part of their daily lives. You are responsible for carrying out approved care and service measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL), as well as health and medical care measures according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).

Together with your colleagues, you work to provide each individual with the best possible support – always with respect for their unique needs and wishes. Working in home care is varied and enjoyable work. The tasks include, among other things:

• Care and support in daily life
• Medication administration and delegated health and medical care measures by authorized personnel
• Documentation
• Service measures such as cleaning
• Social activation and meaningful activities

You will also become an important part of the development of the operations, where you, together with colleagues and management, work with quality, improvements, and competence development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are trained as a care assistant or have other education that the employer finds equivalent, preferably with experience from similar tasks.

We see that you take responsibility, are flexible, have your own drive, and work in a structured manner, enjoying following routines. Being structured, planned, and able to follow routines is also important. You have the ability to see the big picture but also the conditions of each individual. You are perceptive, open, have good collaboration skills, and thrive in a high-paced environment filled with joy of work. We also expect you to have a good attitude towards users and colleagues.

Documentation is an important part of our work, so you need to master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing, as well as have good computer skills. A Category B driver's license is required.
