About the position

We are now looking for a dental hygienist who also wishes to take on extended responsibilities as an operations coordinator at our clinic in Kalmar.

As a dental hygienist with us, you are responsible for your patients and your schedule, while working closely with colleagues at the clinic to create a smooth patient flow and a high level of service throughout the entire patient journey. You will become part of an engaged team at a modern clinic where you have the opportunity to influence your workday and contribute to the continued development of the business.

In the role of operations coordinator, you will become an important part of the clinic management team together with the clinic manager. You will work with coordinating and supporting the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that the business runs efficiently and in an organized manner. The role involves administrative and coordinating tasks and is shaped in close collaboration with the clinic manager based on the clinic's needs.

We are therefore looking for you who enjoy taking responsibility, creating structure, and coordinating various tasks in parallel with clinical work.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed dental hygienist
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a dental hygienist
• Have an interest in business development and clinic operations
• Are passionate about providing patients with the best possible care and service
• Are structured, communicative, and have good teamwork skills
• Are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking initiative
• Have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have experience with coordination, administration, planning, or similar tasks (preferred)

This is a permanent full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon.
