Cleaning Manager / Housekeeper

We are now looking for a Cleaning Manager to join our lovely team at Kust Hotel & Spa! As a Cleaning Manager, you have an important key role. You are a team player with strong and secure leadership who understands the importance of good collaboration with colleagues and other departments.

As a Cleaning Manager, your highest priority is the guest experience. You understand the importance of delivering according to the high 5-star standard that Kust Hotel & Spa represents. We are keen on our beautiful premises and taking care of our hotel and all the interior. Kust Hotel & Spa signals a high-class design hotel, and this is something you are passionate about contributing to.

You work based on the keywords quality, function, and team spirit. We value experience in leadership, administration, scheduling, and planning. Experience in cleaning and facility maintenance is a requirement; experience with cleaning in the hotel and restaurant industry is a merit. You are a natural leader with a good ability to motivate your staff. Clarity is a given for you, you thrive in a leading role, and you see tasks such as workload distribution, scheduling, planning, and follow-up as things you enjoy.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, meticulous, and efficient. You leave nothing to chance, but work efficiently with good and well-functioning routines and with good, close, and frequent communication with other departments. You are accustomed to and aware of working based on the needs of the business.

The work includes overall planning for cleaning, bed-making, and preparation, as well as some building maintenance, along with associated administration, communication, and personnel responsibility. The work also includes some personal cleaning duties.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period, full-time, 100 %.
