Job Information:
Professionals Nord is recruiting an Insurance Advisor in collaboration with Lendo. This is a direct hire position, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Lendo.

Responsibilities:
In the role of Insurance Advisor, you will work with outbound sales via phone, offering security and insurance solutions to customers. You are responsible for the entire dialogue, from first contact to closing, working in an environment where the pace is high and business moves quickly.
You will become part of a relatively new team that is growing rapidly, where the right attitude, energy, and drive are crucial for success. Here you will receive ongoing support through training, coaching, and call monitoring to quickly get into the role and develop within sales. Your tasks will include among other things:
- Work with outbound sales via phone
- Present and sell insurance solutions to customers
- Responsible for the entire sales dialogue, from first contact to closing
- Work towards clear goals and track your performance
- Participate in training, coaching, and continuous development together with the team
We are looking for you who:
Are motivated by results and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where performance is key. Previous sales experience is an asset, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and the desire to develop.
