You will play a central role in complex and technically advanced projects within the defense industry, where material supply and delivery precision are crucial for project success. In a cross-functional team, you work closely with design, production, and procurement to create structure, drive progress, and ensure that the right materials are in place when needed.

The role combines strategic and operational work. You help shape procurement strategies based on project needs while following up on deliveries, production requirements, and status in daily operations. • You plan, lead, and follow up on project activities related to procurement and material supply.
• You develop procurement strategies based on the project's needs and conditions.
• You drive the work forward together with resources within the sourcing and supply organization.
• You monitor material deliveries and production requirements daily to ensure the right timing before production.
• You manage resources and material budgets within the framework of the project.
• You report project status in project and production meetings.
• You coordinate work between several functions in the business and create a clear overall picture.

• University degree in Industrial Economics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a corresponding field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, procurement, planning, and logistics.
• Experience working in ERP systems.
• Good ability to analyze and compile information from various parts of the business.
• Very good communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• A structured working approach and the ability to independently drive the work forward.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).
