The client needs assistants who are direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. Ambiguity and carelessness with routines can cause the client to become agitated. The tasks are highly varied and involve assistance both inside and outside the home, requiring a high degree of flexibility.

You will be part of a large team of engaged and positive assistants working towards common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly defined routines and implementation plans for all daily activities.

The ideal candidate is mature in how they handle various situations, both demanding and less demanding.

Humor, understanding, and initiative are important to the client.

As a personal assistant, you must be self-assured, sensitive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Working hours are spread over 24 hours, including night shifts and day shifts.

A valid driver's license is required.

A dog is present at the workplace.

Experience in personal assistance is required, but personal suitability will weigh the most heavily.

Experience with diabetes is an advantage.
