Apofarm is a growing pharmacy in Bunkeflostrand with both traditional pharmacy operations and rapidly expanding mail-order services. We work with prescription customers, self-care products, medication subscriptions, veterinary medicine, licensed medicines, and national e-commerce flows. Here, you will encounter everything from local customers in the store to digital order flows, veterinary clinics, cold chain deliveries, and quality work related to mail-order.

We are now looking for a licensed pharmacist who wants to become an important part of our tight-knit team of 7 colleagues.

About the role

As a pharmacist with us, you will work broadly with prescription dispensing, counseling, and pharmaceutical control, as well as order flows, mail-order, and quality assurance. You will be involved in ensuring that medicines are handled correctly all the way from order to customer, including checking prescriptions, licenses, temperature requirements, delivery instructions, and following up on deviations.

Examples of tasks

• Prescription dispensing and customer counseling.
• Pharmaceutical control of digital order flows.
• Handling of licensed medicines and special orders.
• Work with veterinary medicine and requisitions from veterinary clinics.
• Quality assurance of cold products, deliveries, and mail-order flows.
• Follow-up on deviations, returns, and customer cases.
• Collaboration with colleagues regarding storage, orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Contribute to improved routines in a pharmacy that is growing and changing.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and confident in your pharmaceutical role.
• Has a good sense for customer service and patient safety.
• Enjoys structure but can also handle a daily routine where new situations arise.
• Is comfortable with digital systems and wants to learn new workflows.
• Enjoys collaborating and communicating clearly with colleagues.
• Sees quality, documentation, and routines as a natural part of pharmaceutical work.

Experience with mail-order, licensed medicines, veterinary medicine, quality work, or cold chain management is meritorious but not required. The most important thing is that you are curious, meticulous, and want to develop together with us. Extra merit is given if you have LMA experience and want to take on the role.
