Week 34-36 | Gothenburg | Consulting Assignment

Do you have experience from district heating, energy, process, or cogeneration and want to share your knowledge? We are now looking for an instructor for the course District Heating Systems, which is part of a larger YH (Vocational Higher Education) program for future operations technicians.

We are looking for someone with practical industry experience who can help students understand how district heating systems work in practice, in a clear and realistic manner. Teaching experience is meritorious but not a requirement.

About the course The course covers among other things:

• Different types of district heating systems and their structure
• Substations and heat exchangers
• Operating situations, operating strategies, and operational economics
• Hydraulic relationships and basic calculations
• Control and regulation of district heating systems

About the assignment

• Course period: Week 34-36
• Location: Hybrid, every other week digitally and every other week on-site in central Gothenburg
• Assignment type: Consultant / Sub-consultant
• Scope: Part-time, as agreed

We believe you have

• Experience from district heating, energy, process, cogeneration, or a similar field
• Good understanding of district heating systems, energy distribution, and operations
• Ability to explain technology in a simple and clear way
• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing
