We are now looking for a sales representative who wants to help continue developing the business in southern and eastern Sweden. This is a role for you who enjoy the combination of relationships, business development, and being present with customers. You will work on developing existing partnerships and creating new business opportunities, while becoming a key part of understanding customer needs and driving dialogues forward over time. The daily work is varied and characterized by close collaboration with both customers and colleagues. One day you might be in dialogue with installers, project managers, or buyers at a customer site, and the next day you follow up on deals, drive quotation processes, or discuss new opportunities with the team. The role offers great freedom while you become an important part of strengthening Nordmount's presence and position in the market.

YOUR PROFILE

We believe you have experience in proactive B2B sales and thrive in a role where relationships, business development, and customer dialogues are a natural part of everyday life. You are used to working independently and driving your processes forward over time. To thrive at Nordmount, you need to appreciate an environment where many things happen simultaneously and where decision-making paths are short. There is great freedom in the role, but also a clear expectation that you take responsibility, see opportunities, and drive things forward. You have a business-minded approach, enjoy being close to customers, and are motivated by creating long-term partnerships. If you also have a technical interest and like to understand customers' operations and needs, you will quickly get to grips with both the products and the business.
