Your role

As a Machine Learning/AI Engineer, you develop, deploy, and further develop AI and machine learning solutions that help the business solve concrete problems and create insights from data. You work with scalable and robust ML models, focusing on performance, quality, security, and long-term management.

The role is central to our digital development. By turning AI and data into practical solutions, you contribute to innovation, business development, and a more coordinated technical direction within the organization.

You work closely with operations, data scientists, data engineers, and other IT staff to ensure that the solutions are relevant, secure, and usable in practice.

This is an opportunity to influence how we integrate AI into our operations and drive innovation to take us to the next level, both in breadth and depth. You thrive in a newly formed team where structure, platform, and ways of working are built progressively together.

What you bring with you

You are structured, take responsibility, and enjoy solving problems. You have a curious attitude and collaborate well with others.

We expect you to have:

• Completed upper secondary education
• Category B driver's license
• Education in data, AI, machine learning, or equivalent experience
• Experience in developing, training, and implementing machine learning models
• Good knowledge of Python and SQL
• Understanding of data processing, model evaluation, and how ML solutions can be taken from development to practical use
• An interest in working closely with operations and translating needs into solutions using data and AI

The following are considered meritorious:

• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, or production deployment of ML solutions
• Experience with industrial applications of AI or machine learning
• Experience with cloud platforms, data platforms, or modern development environments
