About the position

You will first be employed as a consultant at Montico and hired out to the client company. After six months, there is an opportunity for permanent employment at Montico or direct employment with the client company. Working hours are usually scheduled during daytime or two-shift systems, but we appreciate that you are flexible regarding other shift patterns as well. Here you have the chance to find stable, developmental work in the industry at well-established companies.

Job Description

We are looking for staff for three different types of roles; operator, assembler, and foundry worker.

• As an operator, you work at machines and follow the process which involves several different work tasks. Your duties include planning and handling materials, monitoring the machines, and quality control of the finished product.
• As an assembler, you mainly work with assembling smaller components, both from drawings and from instructions. The assembler role also includes quality checks and forklift handling.
• As a foundry worker, you will work at a foundry machine and follow the process which involves several different work tasks. Your duties will consist of handling die-cast parts in the form of metal breaking, punching, blasting, measuring according to control instructions, and process monitoring.

For all assignments, we of course appreciate that you have experience with similar work, but the most important thing for us and our clients is to have the right person in the right place. So your personal qualities, your drive, and willingness to learn are very important.

The requirements for the assignments are:

• Previous experience in industrial work
• Forklift license and experience with forklift driving
• Overhead crane license
