We are now looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist/Contract Manager for Din Tur

Are you a competent procurement specialist with experience in public procurement? Do you want to contribute to the development of our public transport through strategic procurement? Then you are the person we are looking for!

What does the role entail?

As a procurement specialist at Din Tur, you are responsible for planning, executing, and following up on procurements in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOU). You will also conduct contract follow-ups, handle call-offs, participate in projects, and much more in this exciting and flexible role. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and experts within the authority.

🚌 More concretely, your tasks include among other things:

• independently lead procurement processes
• provide advice and support to the business in procurement and contract matters
• ensure that procurements are carried out in a legally secure, commercial, and sustainable manner
• conduct contract follow-ups

Who are you?

For this role, we require that you have:

• an academic degree with a relevant focus (e.g., law, economics, or public administration) or other education/experience that we assess as equivalent.
• at least a couple of years of experience working with public procurement according to LOU
• experience in independently driving procurement projects
• experience in conducting contract follow-ups
• good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

• procurement within the public sector
• call-off procedures within framework agreements
• work with LUF (procurement within the water, energy, transport, and postal sectors)
• work with SUA (security-classified procurement)
