Central Hospital Kristianstad (CSK) is the emergency hospital for northern-eastern Scania. Here, dedicated staff work together to provide qualified emergency care, 24/7. With us, you get the best of both worlds: the resources of a large hospital combined with the proximity, community, and short decision-making paths of a smaller hospital.

Within the Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) department, we offer comprehensive specialist care, from diagnostics to treatment and rehabilitation of diseases and disabilities in the ear, nose, and throat area. We handle everything from common to more complex ENT conditions and also provide on-call services. We have a well-developed practice in several areas of ENT specialization and work closely with our own audiologists and speech therapists. Surgery is performed in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and we have access to our own inpatient beds.

For certain ENT diagnostic areas, CSK has a regional responsibility, for example, for pediatric sleep apnea investigations. We collaborate closely and effectively with university healthcare, providing excellent opportunities for knowledge exchange and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now welcoming a specialist physician to a temporary position with us! The need exists from September 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with start date by agreement. The position involves daytime work at our clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed physician with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare and have specialist competence in ENT. Knowledge of Swedish at a minimum level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement.
