What does the job entail?

Elderly Care – Assistant Nurse/Care Aide

You help elderly people with daily tasks, personal care, social activities, and medication management. You will work in home care services or in specialized housing.

Support for People with Disabilities – Support Assistant/Care Aide/Personal Assistant

You support people with disabilities in their daily lives – at home, in group homes, or in day activities. This may involve helping with activities, personal care, communication, and creating a sense of security and inclusion.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education in healthcare and social care or child and youth activities (preferred).
• Has a driver's license, which is especially important for work in home care.
• Is considerate, sensitive, and has a genuine interest in helping others.
• Takes initiative and can take responsibility in various situations.
• Is flexible and enjoys working both independently and in a team.
• Has good collaboration skills and treats people with respect and warmth.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
