The Role

The work as a supervisor/coach involves coaching job seekers towards jobs or studies, where matching with employers is a key part. Other tasks include preparing participants for their next step by supporting CV updates, interview training, and study visits to learn more. Ongoing documentation is part of the role. We work using a structured approach with close collaboration between our supervisors/coaches at our offices in several counties. We use the Workbuster program in our work.

The position is a fixed-term part-time employment, based at our office in Kristinehamn. The position may start as a summer replacement in July and can be extended as needed. With good communication skills and a high pace, you tackle tasks and can structure your workday, which presupposes that you enjoy working both independently and in a team. Taking responsibility in work and collaborating with colleagues is natural for you. You like to inspire and help others, value differences among people, and have a great understanding of the impact that differences can create.
