We are now looking for a Staffing Planner who wants to contribute to a stable and efficient operation within SOS Alarm. In this role, you have a central function and are responsible for the staffing process and its sub-processes.
Your daily life as a Staffing Planner
Your main tasks consist of staffing planning, scheduling, and covering vacancies, both short-term and long-term. You work based on applicable laws, agreements, and guidelines that govern the operations and ensure they are followed in daily work.
The role also involves:
- Participating in decisions and preparing materials related to production control
- Handling ongoing personnel matters such as vacation, leave, and absence
- Performing administrative tasks related to monitoring, time reporting, and deviation management
This is a varied and developing role where the pace can change and where no day is like the other.
We are looking for you who:
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, communicative, and relationship-building, and who enjoys collaborating with many different functions and levels within the organization. You work in a structured and analytical manner and have the ability to handle several parallel tasks, even during periods of high workload.
We believe you have:
- A high school education
- Experience in staffing work
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
- Experience working with computer and telephone as primary work tools
We are looking for someone who is, or has the potential to develop into, an expert in staffing planning, and who wants to contribute to ensuring that SOS Alarm is always staffed with the right competence, capacity, and number of employees at the right time.
