About the Company

SASS Construct AB is a construction and renovation company operating in Sweden. We work with renovations, painting, facade work, drywall installation, roofing, building services, and various types of projects within both the private and corporate markets.

We are now looking for serious, hardworking, and responsible individuals who want to grow with us.

We are looking for you if you can work in one or more of the following areas:

• Construction work / Building services
• Interior and exterior painting
• Facade painting and facade renovation
• Drywall installation and steel studs
• Spackling and interior finishes
• Carpentry and woodwork
• Roofing work and simple roof renovations
• Demolition, dismantling, and assembly
• Construction cleaning and material handling
• Decks, wooden facades, panel replacement, and simple renovation tasks

We are also interested in individuals who want to start as construction helpers and develop within the company.

Tasks may include, for example:

• Preparing the work site
• Assembly and dismantling
• Painting, scraping, washing, and priming
• Drywall installation, spackling, and simpler interior tasks
• Carpentry work and repairs
• Assisting skilled workers on construction sites
• Maintaining order, safety, and quality at the work site
• Following instructions from supervisors or project managers

We are looking for you if you:

• Are punctual, serious, and willing to work
• Have a strong work ethic and take responsibility for your work
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Are detail-oriented and want to deliver good quality
• Respect safety rules and instructions
• Have a positive attitude and want to develop
• Can communicate in Swedish, English, or another language that works on the site

Experience from the construction industry is an advantage, but the right attitude is very important to us.

Advantageous but not required:

• Experience from construction sites in Sweden
• Category B driver's license
• ID06 card
• Safe Construction Training
• Platform lift training
• Work at heights
• Experience in painting, drywall, carpentry, facade, or roofing
• References from previous employers
