Job Description The assignment involves identifying and investigating individuals subject to total defense liability to enable them to fulfill civil service duties within electricity supply.

1. Investigate individuals subject to total defense liability based on set selection criteria and incoming documentation to enable them to fulfill civil service duties within electricity supply.

2. Prepare necessary documentation for registration and make applications for registration to the Swedish Armed Forces Recruitment and Assessment Authority regarding those individuals subject to total defense liability who, after investigation, are deemed suitable to fulfill civil service duties within electricity supply.

3. Provide support in the processing of appeals and interruptions.

4. Handle ongoing administration for individuals subject to total defense liability who are being investigated.

5. Handle ongoing contact with individuals subject to total defense liability both by phone and in writing.

6. Handle confidential information.

7. Collaborate internally and externally.

8. Provide support in the training planning for individuals subject to total defense liability.

9. Contribute to the unit's business development by developing routines and processes.

Requirements

• The consultant must have a university education at least at bachelor's level in political science, law, or human resources science.
• The consultant must have worked with investigation or case handling involving decision-making affecting individuals for at least 2 years within the last five years.
• The consultant must have at least one year of work experience within public sector operations or state-owned companies. The experience must have been obtained within the last five years.
• The consultant must have a valid driver's license (Category B).
• The consultant must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits

• Education in emergency preparedness, civil defense, or total defense, or equivalent work experience of one year.
• Experience in recruitment.
• Experience working with confidential information.
