About the role
As a Key Account Manager at Industriverken, you will be the crucial link between customer needs and our technical solutions. You will work at the forefront of the automotive industry's transition, driving business projects all the way – from initial contact and quotation to mass production.

Your strength lies in understanding the customer's technical challenges and turning them into competitive solutions that meet high demands for quality, functionality, and delivery reliability.

Your main responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and act as an expert support during the customer's design and development phases.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Ensure that we can deliver according to technical and commercial requirements.
  • Drive quotation work with technical documentation and costing.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and development to secure project delivery.

Your profile
We are looking for you who are business-driven, relationship-building, and technically strong. You thrive in an environment where structure, processes, and results go hand in hand.

We believe you have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar (Civil Engineer or University College Engineer).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or project management.
  • Experience from the automotive industry or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
  • Good understanding of quality systems such as IATF 16949.
  • Very good Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good experience in customer dialogue, quotation work, and technical requirement management.

Merits

  • Established network within the Nordic automotive industry.
  • Experience with Monitor ERP.
  • Knowledge of German.
