To ensure increased competitiveness and efficiency, we are now recruiting a Senior Production Engineer with a focus on leading and implementing continuous improvements across the entire value chain related to industrialization, product launch, and changes in the manufacturing process.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the factory's part in planning, coordinating, and leading production acceptance tests for product-related projects.
• Responsible for the factory's part in product-related projects and participate in product development projects to establish and ensure preparation for in-house manufactured materials.
• Responsible for the factory's part in trial runs and tests in product-related projects.
• Conduct process and method development in connection with product-related projects as needed.
• Initiate and create PFMEA and control plans as needed, for example, when introducing new processes.
• Create, maintain, and improve routines, processes, and instructions related to product-related activities.
• Project manage assigned project initiatives within the department's area of responsibility.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in production technology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent. You have subsequently gained work experience from manufacturing processes and industrialization in a production environment, preferably from assembly, high degree of automation, and large series. We believe you are a natural leader who is accustomed to leading and driving projects in a pedagogical and trust-inspiring manner. You have experience in process development, production preparation, and have competence in production-related concepts such as PFMEA, LEAN/SIX SIGMA. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and goal-oriented. You have strong self-drive and the ability to collaborate with and motivate others. You have good computer skills with both Office packages and a major ERP system. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.

It is an advantage if you have experience from CAPEX, machine investments, PLC, Vision systems, and CAD.
