The Guldfällen Foundation provides care services at the biodynamic educational farm Skillebyholm, located outside Järna. We are inspired by social therapy and work based on the Sense of Coherence (KASAM) model, clarifying pedagogy, and a low-affective approach. We are currently looking for substitutes, primarily for the summer months, to work in our supported housing units for adults under the LSS Act (Section 9, Paragraph 9).

We are looking for you who want to get to know, understand, and become part of another person's life, and who are driven by a genuine "care mindset". You are interested in understanding what lies behind different behaviors and can handle challenging situations of various kinds. The role involves supporting and motivating an individual in all aspects of life, based on their specific needs, conditions, and wishes. The goal of your work is to contribute to the individual's increased independence, quality of life, and ability to live a life comparable to others.

A key part of the work is building relationships and creating trust.

We have high expectations for our employees. You must have the desire to develop and continuously learn new things to work in our organization.

We work in a structured manner to ensure clarity and predictability, which creates security for the residents. This means you need to follow routines and plans carefully.

You must be able to work independently, take responsibility, and make decisions on your own, while still adhering to the organization's structure and methods. As a person, you are calm, flexible, and solution-oriented. You collaborate well and enjoy contributing to the whole.

It is an advantage if you are educated as a social pedagogue, care assistant, or nurse, and have previous experience supporting individuals with neuropsychiatric functional variations. Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as a valid driver's license, are required. We particularly welcome male applicants.
