Antirio is now looking for a Norwegian-speaking salesperson who wants to be part of further developing our expansion in Norway. Here you will work with new customer sales, own the entire sales process, and develop in a company that is already market-leading in Sweden. Your responsibilities

As a salesperson at Antirio, you work with new customer acquisition targeting the Norwegian market and are responsible for the entire sales process, from first contact to signed deal.

You will, among other things:

  • Prospect and contact suppliers working towards the public sector in Norway
  • Identify decision-makers and build long-term relationships
  • Schedule and conduct digital sales meetings and product demonstrations
  • Present Pabliq's services and handle objections
  • Work systematically in CRM and follow up on your activities
  • Drive your own business independently towards set goals
  • Collaborate closely with the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Worth knowing

The position is located at Antirio's office in Solna, Stockholm, where you work together with both Swedish and Norwegian colleagues in an engaged sales team. The role is full-time and the work is performed from the office in an open and social work climate.

Pabliq is a digital platform that helps companies find and win public tenders. The company is today established and market-leading in Sweden and is now in an exciting growth phase on the Norwegian market.

You will receive thorough onboarding and training in both sales, systems, and public procurement. Previous experience from the industry is therefore not a requirement. The most important thing is that you want to develop, are open to coaching, and are motivated by creating results.

The role has a performance-based salary model with a fixed salary and commission, where you have great opportunities to influence your own income.

Our expectations

We are looking for you who have Norwegian as a native language or speak fluent Norwegian and who thrive in a role with great personal responsibility. We believe you have experience from customer service, sales, appointment setting, or similar roles and that you are motivated by creating results and developing further.

You do not need to have long experience, but we are looking for you who are curious, brave, and enjoy communicating with people. You take initiative, work solution-oriented, and are motivated by developing together with others.

As a person, you are social, secure, and unpretentious. You have an easy time building trust and establish good relationships with decision-makers and business leaders. We also believe you have a strong drive, work systematically, and dare to test your way to find your own way to succeed.

It is important that you are technically curious, have good computer skills, and feel comfortable working in different systems. You do not need to know everything from the start, but you need to want to learn and take responsibility for your own development.
