Saferoad Services AB is now looking for an Operational Business Controller for our office in Stockholm who wants to develop together with us in a business-close and learning role.

About the role

As an Operational Business Controller, you will become part of the finance department and work closely with the operations. The role suits you if you are at the beginning of your career and want to build a solid foundation in business controlling in a dynamic environment.

You will, among other things, work with:

• Follow-up and analysis of results, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support to managers and project leaders in financial matters
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Reporting to management, the group, and authorities
• Participation in improvement and efficiency initiatives as well as system issues
• Ad hoc analyses and decision support
• Work on cross-border issues in the Nordic countries

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in numbers, analysis, and business understanding, and who want to grow in the controller role.

We believe you have:

• A university degree in economics, industrial economics, finance, or similar
• 2–4 years of experience in finance/controlling
• Good knowledge of Excel and BI tools
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

As a person, you are:

• Analytical and meticulous
• Curious and driven with a willingness to learn
• Communicative and enjoy collaborating with different parts of the organization
• Independent but not afraid to ask questions
