Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. A young, active girl living with her family in Lund is looking for a new assistant for daytime work, 07:00–17:00.

You should have a strong work ethic and a great sense of responsibility for your work, be flexible, and have the ability to adapt to different situations. We value someone who appreciates and works towards good cooperation. Previous experience in care work is a plus, but not a requirement.

We appreciate flexibility regarding both planned and unplanned absences. You need to enjoy traveling, as the family takes both short and long trips throughout the year and sometimes invites you to join. Schedule changes with ample notice occur during school holidays or trips.
