We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on a schedule for one of our clients in Kalmar. You work actively according to clear, established routines both in the client's home and during activities. High work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility are required here.

We prefer that you have experience working in healthcare and social care, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked as a personal assistant. The client or representative chooses their assistants themselves, and great importance is placed on personality.

Security between you and the client, as well as in your tasks, is ensured through thorough introduction shifts.

The client is a 38-year-old woman living in her own apartment in Kalmar. She needs your help with everything related to daily life. In addition to routines at home, she would like you to join her on walks, participate in activities, visit acquaintances, or have coffee in town. When working with her, she needs your full focus, and you often work together with a colleague.

To function well with our client, you need to be attentive, patient, cooperative, and have a consistent way of thinking.

Working hours: Day, evening, weekend, and awake night shifts.

Language requirements: Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish.

Interviews are conducted continuously, meaning the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
