At Montessori School Trilobiten, there are currently around 100 children and students aged 1–12. The preschool, school, and after-school center work closely together. We have a high staff-to-child ratio, which provides excellent conditions for giving every child a good start in life.
Our philosophy is that children both want to and can learn, provided the right conditions are met.
The school has its own kitchen where nutritious and delicious meals are prepared. Our activities take place in cozy and functional premises located in a park-like area.
We are currently seeking qualified teachers for the intermediate school level (grades 4–6) in the subjects: Swedish as a Second Language, Home Economics and Consumer Studies, and Social Studies (SO).
We conduct teaching based on Montessori pedagogy, so it is of utmost importance that you share the Montessori philosophy. This means, among other things, that as an educator, you recognize the developmental potential in each child and help them become independent and responsible individuals. In a Montessori classroom, students work across subjects, individually or in groups, during morning work sessions.
We will hold ongoing interviews throughout the application period.
The position starts in August 2026.
