We are opening up 4 new positions at our office in Palma de Mallorca and are looking for ambitious individuals who want to take the next step in their careers.

About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone. You will assist customers in a professional and efficient manner, with quality and customer interaction always in focus.
In this role, working hours may vary between day, evening, and night shifts depending on the project you are assigned to.
The role involves among other things:
- Handling bookings and cancellations
- Assisting both private and corporate customers
- Working towards clear goals linked to customer satisfaction and efficiency
You will become an important part of the team where your contribution directly impacts both the customer experience and the results.

- Is meticulous, structured, and stress-resistant
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and has basic English skills
- Is flexible and can adapt to the needs of the business
