Description: Accounting Assistant 60–75 %

We are a small family-owned business looking for an experienced and reliable person within bookkeeping and accounting who wants to become a long-term part of our team.

We are looking for someone preferably between 50–60 years of age who appreciates working in a personal work environment where collaboration, responsibility, and good customer contact are important parts of daily life. You are welcome to be registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) as there may be possibilities for wage subsidies.

Job Responsibilities

You will mainly be working with ongoing bookkeeping, VAT reporting, reconciliations, administrative financial tasks, customer contact, and some administration.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 10 years of experience in practical bookkeeping and accounting.
• Independently handles ongoing bookkeeping and VAT reporting.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.
• Has very good knowledge of Björn Lundén accounting software.
• Has experience with Fortnox, Spiris, or similar accounting systems (meritorious).
• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

We are looking for someone who is social, enjoys interacting with people, has a sense of humor, is flexible and non-hierarchical, humble and loyal, responsible, and stable. You are used to working independently but are also willing to help out where needed.

Important to know:

A large dog is present in the office, so you must not be afraid of dogs or allergic to them.
