Do you want to be part of an exciting development journey where you get to influence, develop, and work in strong teams? At AFRY Project Management in the West, we work with societal infrastructure projects within civil engineering.

We are a flat-hierarchy team that believes in the team before the individual. Here you get great freedom under responsibility, supported by competent colleagues and a broad internal network. AFRY's size as a company contributes to us having many internal assignments, which means that as an employee you may have the opportunity to work both externally with clients on assignments and internally on our larger design assignments.

As a Project Manager or Construction Manager, you drive, coordinate, and follow up on projects within earthworks and water/sewage (VA). Contribute knowledge as a contracting expert and work with calculations, etc. You work closely with customers and teams and have great opportunities for further development.

We offer varied work with freedom under responsibility within: construction management, inspection, design support, production planning, production budgeting, a large company with much competence within the large company but also within our group.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have many years of experience within earthworks and water/sewage (VA), including at least 7 years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of AMA MER, AB, ABT
• Have good technical competence within earthworks and water/sewage (VA)
• Preferably have experience from several roles (e.g., client, consultant, or production)
• Are a university/civil engineer or have equivalent experience
• Are a team player who shares your knowledge and supports others
• Are accustomed to taking responsibility and driving work from start to finish
• Social, business-minded, and customer-focused
• Fluent in Swedish in speech and writing
