Job Description

As a teacher in the after-school program at Eriksdalskolan, you are a vital part of contributing to our vision: Everyone is always included. This vision is rooted in the pedagogical, social, and physical environment where students should succeed in school and develop based on their unique abilities.

Eriksdalskolan is currently in an exciting phase where we are making an extra investment in learning environments. We are looking for you who are passionate about developing the after-school program. We want you to help develop and organize our learning environments, pedagogical planning, and collaboration in the supplementary task together with the school.

We are building a strong work team where collaboration, engagement, and forward momentum are key words. Through meaningful activities and good relationships with guardians and school staff, we work to create a good and safe learning environment for our students. We are looking for you who have experience, drive, and see opportunities. You are a relationship builder with a strong desire to develop together with others and can contribute positively to our development work.

The role also includes teaching students in school and at the after-school program, as well as recess supervision. Working with students' social development and values is also an important part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Legitimized teacher with a focus on after-school programs or after-school pedagogy.
• Experience is an advantage.

Employment Terms

Type of Employment: Permanent position.

To begin working in preschool, school, after-school programs, and other pedagogical activities, you are required to show an extract from your criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the National Police Board (www.polisen.se (https://www.polisen.se)).

Anyone who does not show an extract from the criminal record cannot be employed, engaged, or admitted to the activity according to current legal requirements.
