Chief Physician for Surgery and Urology Clinic in Nyköping

50% Leadership Role

Do you want to combine clinical work with leadership? We are looking for an engaged Chief Physician who wants to lead and develop our medical staff while remaining active in clinical practice.

You will be part of the clinic's management team and work closely with the Operations Manager and Unit Managers in a trust-based leadership model.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the medical staff
• Schedule the medical staff
• Create engagement, participation, and a good work environment
• Have personnel responsibility (employee meetings, staffing, recruitment)
• Contribute to operational development and improved care flows
• Collaborate internally and across professions
• Ensure a good educational environment for AT, BT, and ST doctors
• Work clinically for approximately 50% and serve as a role model in daily life

Qualifications

• Swedish medical license
• Specialist in surgery with active ongoing service
• Interest in leadership and operational development
• Previous experience in managerial or leadership roles is an advantage
