We are now looking for a driven and service-oriented retail salesperson for Ahlsell in Karlshamn. In this role, you will primarily work with the sales of workwear, safety shoes, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to companies and professional tradespeople across various industries. As a retail salesperson, you will handle sales, customer service, and advisory services for both new and existing customers. You will help customers find the right products based on their needs and working environment, while contributing to creating a well-organized and inspiring store. Your tasks include customer interaction, cash handling, picking goods, and order processing. You will also work with corporate orders and assist customers with solutions related to printing and branding of workwear. In addition to working in the store, you will also support warehouse management and goods receiving. This includes inbound and outbound deliveries, inventory checks, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and structured for efficient workflow. You will become an important part of the team and a representative for Ahlsell in every customer interaction.

Person Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys service, sales, and working with people. You thrive in a role where no two days are alike and where you can combine customer contact with practical work. To succeed in this role, we believe you are social, responsible, and have a natural ability to build trust with customers. You are proactive, humble, and have an eye for what needs to be done – whether it is helping a customer find the right safety shoe or organizing the warehouse. We believe you have previous experience in retail and sales, preferably in workwear, sports, construction, or similar industries. Experience with logo printing or B2B sales is a plus, but most importantly, we value your attitude and willingness to develop. Requirements for the position:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in service or sales
