At Sandviks Metall in Kulltorp, you will take on a key role in a stable company with a history dating back to 1943. We specialize in contract manufacturing using modern multi-operation lathes and long-bed lathes, primarily serving Swedish premium companies with products in the absolute top segment. As a PRODUCTION MANAGER CNC, you will combine operational work with programming, process development, and team leadership. You will be a vital part of our dedicated team and have significant opportunities to influence both technology, working methods, and results. Main responsibilities of the role:

• Program and optimize CNC machines
• Develop and streamline production processes
• Drive improvement projects from idea to implementation
• Be a daily support, sounding board, and leader for colleagues in the workshop
• Contribute to developing both the team and the technical level in production
