Your role with us

As a chef with us, you will have a varied daily routine. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable in the fast-paced environment of à la carte service as they are in the logistical precision required for large banquets and events.

• Prepare high-quality food with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Work in both our à la carte restaurant and our banquet department.
• Contribute to menu development and provide creative input.
• Ensure that the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained.

Who are you?

We are looking for a team player who loves the craft. You are stress-resistant, have an eye for detail, and take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a culinary education or equivalent experience.
• Has extensive experience in both à la carte and banquet service.
• Is passionate about ingredients and flavors from the West Coast.
