About the Company

Effektiv Betong has been manufacturing precast concrete elements since the beginning of 2015. Production takes place in a newly built factory located in Ucklum, Stenungsund Municipality. When we built our factory, we kept our shared environment in mind. Therefore, we ensured that plenty of daylight enters during production, we utilize the heat emitted by the newly poured concrete elements, and the factory naturally features LED lighting to save energy. In the factory, we cast concrete elements as an industrial craft for delivery to customers across Sweden. Our knowledgeable employees take pride in their work, which is why our products maintain high quality.

Job Description

Effektiv Betong is looking for an engaged and meticulous concrete worker for our operations in Ucklum. We are looking for you who want to work in a profession where quality, collaboration, and responsibility are in focus, and who thrives in practical and varied work. Responsibilities

• Perform pouring, forming, and reinforcement according to drawings and work descriptions
• Prepare and finish concrete surfaces
• Work with the assembly and disassembly of forms
• Ensure that work is performed with high quality and according to current safety routines
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to efficient production

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Have experience with concrete work, construction work, or similar practical work
• Are responsible, meticulous, and have a good work ethic
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Have a good understanding of drawings and construction processes
• Focus on safety and quality in daily work
