ÖoB in Vetlanda is now looking for a customer-focused and development-oriented Deputy Store Manager with experience in leadership and retail.

As Deputy Store Manager, you are a key member of the store's management team, working closely with the Store Manager. Your responsibilities include operations, sales, and creating a positive and developmental work environment. You will drive the business forward, both operationally and strategically.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have previous experience as a Deputy Store Manager (Assistant Store Manager) or Department Manager, and who have the ambition to eventually take the next step into the role of Store Manager. You are a confident and engaged leader who serves as a role model for your colleagues and is motivated by developing both employees and the business.

You are responsible, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy working with people. You have an interest in retail and leadership, and see opportunities in growing with new challenges. The role involves many contact points, requiring good communication skills as well as the ability to plan and organize your work.

We are looking for you who are self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the drive to contribute to sales, employee development, and good results, always in line with ÖoB's concept and working model.

Experience from a leadership position within retail or grocery is advantageous, as is experience working in large-scale operations and a forklift license.

The position is permanent part-time, 30 hours/week, with an start date of August 17, 2026, or as agreed. Working hours are varied and include evenings and weekends.

We apply a six-month probation period.
