Health and Care is responsible for elderly care in Stenungsund Municipality. The municipal primary care provided is governed by law and primarily regulated by the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). All measures taken for the individual in the chain contribute to high-quality and safe care.

Job Responsibilities

As Lövberga Specialized Housing opens in May, we are now expanding our operations and need to strengthen our work team. We are therefore looking for two physiotherapists who want to contribute to good and secure care for our patients.

The job responsibilities consist of standard physiotherapy tasks as well as the dispensing of assistive devices, with the goal of extending the period of an active and independent life through training of the care recipient. You will work in close collaboration with occupational therapists, nurses, and care staff, and the role includes guiding the care recipient, care staff, and relatives in a rehabilitative approach.

Qualifications

• You must be a licensed physiotherapist and able to meet and coordinate the patient's total rehabilitation needs.
• High social competence, service-oriented, and good interpersonal skills, as the position involves contact with many people daily.
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work flexibly and independently, as well as taking initiative.
• Strong teamwork skills and personal suitability.
• A B-class driver's license is required as we often travel by car.

Before an offer of employment is made, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record and a valid physiotherapist license must be presented.
