Flexibility regarding working hours is an advantage
Many of our clients require assistance around the clock. Shifts may include days with waiting periods, daytime shifts, evening shifts, and awake night shifts. Both weekdays and weekends.

We would appreciate it if you could start your introduction as soon as possible. There are good opportunities to stay on as an hourly substitute after the summer.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

WORKING AT VI OMSORG

As an employed Personal Assistant with us, you are covered by a collective agreement and a contractual pension. You are insured on the way to and from work in case of any unforeseen incidents. We offer health and wellness benefits to all our employees. Additionally, we organize activities aimed at both you as an employee and the client you work with. We care that you, as an employee, enjoy working with us!

To be employed by us at Vi Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can order the certificate of personal details free of charge via the Swedish Tax Agency's website and download it directly with BankID here.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be 18 years old to work as a Personal Assistant with us.

If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you need to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). It is important to order the extract well in time, as the Police's processing time may vary. Due to a legislative change effective March 1, 2026, the register check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
