About the position

We are currently looking for several new colleagues to meet various needs:

• Summer substitutes: We are looking for you who want to work on a schedule during the summer.

An attractive schedule:

We offer a varied schedule that includes both day shifts and 24-hour shifts. 24-hour shifts are often highly appreciated as they provide longer consecutive periods of leave between shifts!

Who is our client?

Our client is a young man with autism who has a strong interest in photography, taxis, and spending time with his family. He attends day activities on certain days of the week and thrives best when his daily life is characterized by good structure. He needs you to provide support, guidance, and that extra boost in everyday life.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is good at motivating others but also has the sensitivity to know when to step back.

We are looking for you who:

• Are secure in yourself and have a good ability to adapt to the situation.

• Can handle stressful moments with a calm exterior.

• Enjoy both active and more passive environments.

• Have a sense of humor and see the importance of spreading joy at work.

• Are skilled at guiding without being judgmental or overly controlling.

Requirements: Valid driver's license
