HFH Bygg & Montage is a growing construction company in Gothenburg, focusing on wood-based projects, renovation, and remodeling. We enjoy working on projects where quality, problem-solving, and attention to detail can shine – from hotels, restaurants, and conference facilities to housing cooperatives, property companies, extensions, and new builds.

We are now looking for 2-3 new team members to join our team of approximately 10 employees. We are looking for self-motivated carpenters who care about quality, enjoy collaboration, and want to help build a company with high ambitions, a great atmosphere, and pride in what we do.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with experience in construction who is confident in driving work forward independently. This role suits you if you enjoy varied projects and thrive in environments where you need to think, solve problems, and collaborate closely with others in the team.

Depending on experience, the role may also involve responsibility for planning, coordination, and site supervision in daily operations.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Independent carpentry and construction work
• Renovation, extensions, and new builds
• Reading drawings and problem-solving in production
• Material planning and site organization
• Coordination and planning within projects
• Ensuring quality, order, and a safe working environment
• Communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in construction and carpentry
• Is self-motivated and responsible
• Has a good eye for quality and details
• Can read drawings and plan your work
• Thrives with varied projects and responsibilities
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and speaks fluent Swedish

Experience in site supervision or larger projects is a plus, but most importantly, we are looking for someone who works well in a team, takes responsibility, and wants to contribute to a positive work environment.
