About the Role

As a certified care teacher at Astar, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on care and nursing education with high quality and clear structure. The teaching is conducted based on the Astar Model, focusing on teacher-led instruction, clear goals, continuous feedback, and a strong connection to working life.

The role also includes shared responsibility together with the work team for OJT (On-the-Job Training), where you collaborate with supervisors in the workplace to ensure equal assessment and quality in the participants' learning.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a certified teacher in care and nursing
• has at least one (1) year of full-time experience in teaching care and nursing within the last six years
• plans and conducts teaching with clear structure, high expectations, and active classroom leadership
• works systematically with feedback and follow-up to support each participant's progression
• takes overall responsibility for the participants' learning, even when it is challenging
