Are you a Design Manager/Project Manager with experience in ROT projects within construction, electrical, plumbing, and ventilation? This consulting assignment might be the right fit for you.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of Stockholm Parking for a Design Manager/Project Manager in Stockholm. The assignment involves the design and implementation of measures at Råckstaberget, an existing underground shelter facility currently used as a parking garage.

You will be responsible for both design management and project management, working together with the client's project manager, from the design phase and preparation of construction documents to the coordination of contractors and the completion of the facility.

About the Client

Stockholm Parking operates within the public sector and is responsible for parking and infrastructure operations in the Stockholm area. The assignment concerns Råckstaberget in Vällingby, an underground shelter facility used as a parking garage in peacetime.

About the Assignment

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Responsibility for design management and project management
• Coordinate design work together with appointed consultants
• Prepare construction documents
• Direct and coordinate contractors
• Drive the project to a completed and approved facility
• Manage budget, schedule, and resource allocation
• Initially serve as BAS-P and BAS-U (Safety Coordinators)

The project covers disciplines within Electrical, Plumbing, Ventilation, and Construction within an existing underground shelter facility.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a technical education in civil engineering or equivalent competence
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Design Manager and at least 2 years as a Project Manager
• Have at least 5 years of combined experience in design management and project management
• Have experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation in projects
• Hold BAS P/U certification
• Have experience with BEAst efficient review processes
• Have worked in at least two ROT projects or similar environments where you had leading responsibility in design management and/or project management
• Have worked with the disciplines of Electrical, Plumbing, Ventilation, and Construction in projects over 7 MSEK
• Fluently speak and write Swedish
