We are now looking for you who want to work as a consultant as an analytical chemist for our customers within pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical technology.

As an analytical chemist at SallyQ, you work in varied assignments for our customers within pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical technology – from smaller innovative biotech companies to larger international Life Science firms. The assignments can be within analytical development, QC, process development, or CMC and involve both operational laboratory work and project-oriented tasks.

• HPLC/UPLC and other analytical analyses.
• Method development, method validation, and tech transfer.
• Stability studies and data analysis.
• Documentation according to GMP.
• Deviation investigations, CAPA, and change controls.
• Trend analysis and review of analytical results.
• Collaboration with external laboratories, CMO/CRO, and internal cross-functional teams.
• CMC-related documentation and regulatory support.

You build trust through your expertise, drive, and communication skills. With a solution-oriented mindset, you tackle challenges pragmatically and have the ability to make complex information understandable – for both technical and non-technical recipients. You thrive both independently and in close collaboration with others.

• An academic education in chemistry, biotechnology, chemical engineering, pharmacy, or equivalent.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in analytical chemistry and GMP-regulated operations from the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Good communication skills and fluent Swedish and English.

Meritorious: experience in method development, stability studies, tech transfer, or CMC-related work.
