THE ROLE

As a cook or sous-chef, you ensure that your station is clean and tidy, that prep work is done, and that the delivered food is of the highest quality. You are open and adaptable in the workplace, confident in yourself, and able to see solutions and potential paths forward for both the guest and employee journey. You are structured, organized, and maintain the high standards currently sought after.

Responsibilities include personnel management and leading daily operations, placing digital orders for goods, and ensuring that food is served according to guests' expectations. You may also act as a stand-in for the head chef during their absence.
