Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on security, analysis, and investigation. The work involves both independent tasks and close collaboration with colleagues.
Examples of tasks include:
- Gathering, processing, and analyzing information.
- Identifying and assessing potential risks.
- Conducting investigations into security-threatening activities directed against the organization.
- Preparing and compiling materials for decision-making.
- Collaborating with internal and external actors, both nationally and internationally.
The position requires a high level of confidentiality and security awareness, and may involve business travel within Sweden and internationally. The work is carried out at the Must Security Office, Security Intelligence Division.

About the Unit
The military security service is led by the Security Office at Must. The division works to indicate, clarify, and counter security-threatening activities, as well as to conduct defense intelligence operations. A large part of the work is focused on foreign state intelligence activities directed against Sweden, Swedish interests, and the Swedish Armed Forces.

Qualifications
- Several years of experience from intelligence or security services in relevant areas.
- Officer training (OF/OR), police degree, or equivalent academic degree assessed by the employer as equivalent (e.g., behavioral science, psychology, or history).
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Category B driver's license.
Desirable Qualifications
- Significant experience in person-based collection and collaboration.
- Experience in intelligence analysis.
- Experience in conducting complex investigations.
- Experience with analysis tools such as i2 Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
- Experience in security intelligence work at other defense agencies, Säpo, or the Police.
The above qualifications must be verifiable upon request through certificates, references, and work or selection tests.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

- Employment type: Permanent position starting with a six-month probationary period.
