We are now looking for a new colleague for the role of Foreman/Supervisor Electrical with a focus on low voltage, based in Göteborg or Kristinehamn. Other locations may be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a colleague for the role of Foreman/Supervisor Electrical with a focus on low voltage work. In this role, you will contribute to the communication, planning, organization, and management of the daily work performed by your team. You lead your team to perform the work in a safe and high-quality manner and hold economic responsibility for your projects.

Examples of responsibilities include:

• Daily planning of assigned contract work in one or more projects
• Contribute to cost estimation and calculating new projects
• Update schedules
• Plan and request resources related to project needs
• Write or check diaries, self-inspections, and other documentation

We welcome your suggestions for improvement and value your ability to conduct work safely. Here you have the chance to work in a role with significant involvement in the entire process of driving projects: estimating, planning, executing, following up, improving, and closing. We offer a broad variety of projects and services that you will be involved in driving together with your colleagues in the Infrastructure division.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in the role, we are looking for you who work in a structured manner and are accustomed to planning, executing, following up, and delivering according to goals and timeframes. You have good communication and collaboration skills, as the work is performed in close cooperation with both your own work group and other technical branches.

Tasks at the railway require you to be attentive, precise, and to prioritize safety. Good computer skills/administrative ability and the capacity to learn and understand new computer systems are important, as follow-up, reporting, material orders, and control documentation in various computer systems are part of the duties.

Furthermore, we are looking for you who have:

• Upper secondary education in electrical and energy programs
• Category B driver's license
• Good IT skills
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Work experience in low voltage and/or overhead contact lines

Advantageous knowledge and experience:

• Work experience within the railway industry
• We also consider it advantageous if you have previous experience of having personnel responsibility and driving projects, but the most important thing is that you like to create good and respectful relationships.

The position involves a large amount of travel, so we are looking for you who thrive in a mobile role and appreciate working at different locations around the country.
