We are now looking for a structured and driven Operations Coordinator for our operations in Södertälje. We provide services to construction companies, property companies, demolition and construction firms, as well as industrial decontamination. We work with dry vacuum systems, vacuum trucks, excavator vacuums, air blowers, and sludge transport.

In this role, you will have a central function in daily operations, working closely with foremen, operators, and customers to ensure that the business runs efficiently and professionally. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys having many contact points, and has the ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

As a coordinator, your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Planning and coordination of daily tasks
  • Registration and setup of incoming jobs
  • Scheduling of personnel and vehicles together with foremen
  • Handling of work orders and administrative documentation
  • Invoicing as well as registration of articles and supporting documents
  • Follow-up on completed work and customer cases
  • Ongoing contact with customers, foremen, and operators
  • Handling and follow-up of incoming emails
  • Administration regarding personnel, training, and workwear
  • Support in the company's ISO and quality work
  • Other administrative tasks such as quotations, document handling, and other office duties
  • Some economic/financial work

We are looking for you who:

  • Are structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Have strong administrative skills
  • Are communicative, social, and service-oriented
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Find it easy to prioritize and switch between different tasks
  • Are self-initiating and not afraid to contact customers, staff, and colleagues
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience from the transport industry, contracting activities, or have worked in operations related to heavy vehicles and machinery.

There may be opportunities to assist with some payroll work and bookkeeping if needed in the future.
