We are now looking for you who want to become part of our team and work on booking meetings with private individuals who want to sell their gold.

About the role

As a meeting booker, you will stand in shopping malls, squares, events, and other well-visited locations. Your job is to talk to people who want to sell their gold and book meetings where they can have their items valued by our experts. No prior knowledge of gold is required – we will teach you everything from scratch, and there is always someone on the team to turn to if something feels uncertain.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social, service-oriented, and trustworthy.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) – you will be working at various locations.
• Enjoys working independently but also values having a team behind you.
• Is responsible and detail-oriented.
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English (other languages are a plus).
• Is confident in initiating contact with strangers and has the energy to stand for most of the work shift.

Commission

The position is 100% commission-based – you receive a fixed amount per meeting that leads to a sale. Your earnings depend on how many quality meetings you book and the pace of work. We will discuss exact commission levels during the interview.

No guaranteed salary is offered, but the training is paid.

Working hours

The position suits both those who want to work full-time and those looking for a part-time job. Working hours are determined by the shopping center's opening hours and event schedules, resulting in a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
