At A Rengörarna i Sörmland AB, we are now looking for a driven and engaged appointment setter who wants to contribute to our continued growth.

In this role, you will focus entirely on scheduling appointments for our sales team. You hold a key position within our sales team as you are the first point of contact for our customers, laying the foundation for strong business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers via phone
• Schedule appointments for our field sales representatives
• Present our services in a professional and engaging manner
• Follow up on contacts and ensure confirmed appointments
• Document customer interactions in our system

We are looking for someone who

• Is social, positive, and enjoys talking to people
• Has good phone etiquette or is comfortable working via telephone
• Is goal-oriented and thrives working towards set targets
• Has good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Experience in sales or appointment setting is an advantage.
